Privacy Policy:

When you subscribe to my blog posts, I will not sell your email address nor transmit spam.

Occasionally, tourism organizations or entrepreneurs host me and my husband for travel-related experiences and press trips. When I create posts about such experiences, this relationship will be clearly disclosed on my posts under a ‘Disclosure’ heading. I independently decide what to write and publish about a given experience. I make a rule not to engage in professional relationships with companies whose services do not match my personal and professional beliefs, or that is irrelevant to the content of my site.

Information presented on this site is intended as a personal and professional representation of my views of my travel experiences. If you are interested in joining one of the tours in which I have participated, please direct your questions to the businesses directly to ensure they can meet your particular needs.

Occasionally, I use affiliate links for products and services that I have used and recommend. If you purchase these through my website with this link, the price will stay the same to you and I will get a percentage as a commission. (Specifically, I may link to a bed & breakfast or hotel where I have had a pleasant stay.)

As of the date that this policy was written, I have not accepted any form of cash payment for writing any of my posts. If, in the future, I accept paid advertising to this site, it will be clearly labeled as ‘advertisement.’  I do not accept cash payment for mentions.

By the nature of our business, I do accept payment for freelance writing, consulting, and content-creation services.Blank Space Blog

Mitchell, including any Submission posted on or to the Services through a third party.

3.5 You are solely responsible for the content of your Submissions. However, while Tricia A. Mitchell does not and cannot review every Submission and is not responsible for the content of these messages, Tricia A. Mitchell reserves the right to delete, move, or edit Submissions that I, in my sole discretion, deem abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or otherwise unacceptable.

3.6 By making a Submission, you are consenting to its display and publication on the Site and in the Services and for related online and offline promotional uses.

In no event will Tricia A. Mitchell or her affiliates or any party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Services be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising out of your access, use, misuse or inability to use the services or any linked sites, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, transmission, computer virus, or line or system failure.
