Hi! My name is Tricia Mitchell. I delight in telling stories about my slow travels through more than 65 countries. Some of my highlights have included sharing meals with locals in Armenia, Cambodia, and Tunisia; sipping sparkling wine with French cousins in Alsace; milking goats in a sleepy Bulgarian village; and training with a Japanese mine-clearance team in Laos. Wibi, Matur suksme! We stayed in Ubud for two weeks last November and made regular walks past the palace – by day and night. I like the energy captured here as the motorbikes whizzed by and the salesmen and women eagerly sold tickets for the traditional dances soon to begin.
I am quite impressed by your images – you’re talented! Where are you originally from?
